We review and translate highly sensitive and extremely confidential materials on a daily basis. Our standards of practice are all aimed at protecting your information and we take this very seriously.

Our ethical and professional responsibility toward clients

We leave nothing to chance when it comes to privacy, confidentiality, and responsibility. Just like the stated rules of professional responsibility, adopted by the professional organizations, our minimum standards for professional conduct and confidentiality are clearly defined and well respected. Again, our project management team and client relationships committee continually review and update the confidentiality practice standards. But rules alone are sometimes not enough. Each month, we test, examine and evaluate our document relay systems and professional translators. Changes are made to prevent unauthorized access to our clients’ materials and our staff never gets complacent about management of confidential information.

Electronic transfer of documents, materials and information

We do not work on remotely shared basis and update our technical systems constantly to ensure absolute protection. All knowledge and information provided by our existing clients and potential clients for translation is always considered confidential and treated as such regardless of the nature of the exchange. All client information remains the intellectual property of the client and will be held strictly confidential by us.

If necessary, for confidential information or business documents, we urge our valued customers to enter into a written contract with us binding our liability that we would not divulge any information whatsoever entrusted with us.
